Now when I say ’new’ I mean new to me. Pole Theatre has been around a lot longer than I’ve known about it – and as a franchise is known about all over the World so yes, I do feel a little silly that it hasn’t been a part of my life sooner!

You have the strength moves like a Deadlifts or Iron X that are hard because of the strength element to them. Of course you have to nail them technically in order to get them right, but when you have the technique you have to drill it over and over again until it starts to get stronger.
It surprised me recently to read on social media that a lot of other instructors don’t seem to have poles at home – and more interestingly, wouldn’t want one.
