As you may know, I love resistance band training. I’ve posted a few videos showing how I use them on the pole, so now I’ve put together a little collection of how to train using just the bands.
There are so many cool pole moves that can be done from a Butterfly – and here are just a few of them.
Once you have the initial hooks – e.g. outside leg or inside leg hang etc, you can then get into so many other cool pole moves.
I just love the moonbeam – it’s such a cool move that’s been going around recently. Here’s a little combo using the moonbeam ๐
I love a chair spin – it just flows so nicely into so many different moves. I use it so often that I wanted to show you some nice pole moves, spins and tricks that can be done from a chair spin.

I love pole pull ups. There are so many cool variations, and they help get you strong for so many amazing pole moves.
It usually takes me a really long time to film moves to then post across any social media channels.
I always go through what Iโm going to film a few times on each side, and then start to film. I always film one or two attempts, watch it back and then go again.
Here’s a little pole dance combo. I would say this is an intermediate combo.

I’ve broken these down into 4 pole exercises and 4 bodyweight strength exercises per week. There are different options – option 1 is the easiest, and the difficulty increases as you go through the options. You can choose do do the one option that is a good level for you.
