When I teach certain moves or combinations in class, I know that some of the moves will send a groan around the room. It’s usually the hard ones, burny ones or all round painful ones. For example the Shoulder Mount or the Allegra aren’t always the group favourites!
Land Safely!
Luckily for me, these things are few and far between, and at the end of the day, I am there to spot. So I guess what I’m saying, is to assume that your spotter will be there for you, and to help you remain safe… but please do try to land your moves for yourself.
