Place your strong inside arm high on the pole and your weak arm across your chest and on the pole. As you walk around the pole step on your outside foot. Swivel your body away from the pole on this outside foot and bring your inside leg out to the side. Take this leg behind you and bend it at the knee at a 90 degree angle. Hop off the ground with your other foot and bring it up so that your legs are at 90 degree angles from each other and 90 degree angles at the knee. Hold the pose as you spin backwards.
